Dickson Manor - Moderate Market Rental 2026 Rates

For Singles & Couples applying for a one-bedroom unit, gross income can not exceed the median income as determined by BC Housing from time to time. For 2025, this figure is $85,870. 

For Couples applying for a two-bedroom unit, gross income can not exceed the median income as determined by BC Housing from time to time. For 2025, this figure is $138,770. Please note that single occupancy resident applications will not be accepted for 2-bedroom units.

The following will apply to tenants under the moderate market rental classification.

  • Will only require providing proof of income at the start of tenancy and not on an annual basis.
  • Will not be eligible for S.A.F.E.R. subsidy due to the low rental classification.
  • Will receive the maximum annual rent increases allowed by the RTB. (Residential Tenancy Branch)
  • Applicants can apply directly to the Society.

Dickson Manor - Rent Geared to Income 2026 Rates

For Singles & Couples applying for a one-bedroom unit, gross income can not exceed the housing income limits as determined by BC Housing from time to time. For 2025, this figure is $41,000.

For Couples applying for a two-bedroom unit, gross income can not exceed the housing income limits as determined by BC Housing from time to time. For 2025, this figure is $55,000. Please note that single occupancy resident applications will not be accepted for 2-bedroom units.

The following will apply to tenants under the RGI rental classification.

  • Will require proof of income at the beginning of tenancy and on annual rent review times.
  • Rent will be determined at 30% of gross income.
  • Rent changes will be a result of changes to gross income.
  • Applicants must apply through the BC Housing Registry.
